Date: Oct 3, 2009 Time: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Event Information: We understand that today’s teens are dealing with many issues that affect the way they think, feel and react to the world. For Teens Only is an all-day expo that will provide comprehensive exposure to the best resources that Charlotte has to offer youth and families so they are equipped with the knowledge to enhance their lives. Based on the event’s theme “For Teens Only: I Am Worth Saving,” we will offer information to encourage healthy decision-making, respect, responsibility, goal setting, career planning and youth activism on the issues that matter most to teens. Expected to draw more than 5,000 to 7,000 teens and their parents, the event will feature a host of speakers and interactive seminars – headlining positive local and national experts and celebrities – as well as a wide variety of entertainment for the whole family to enjoy.
